Lions District 22W Foundation
As the Chairtable arm of District 22W, Lions Distrit 22W Foundation is able to fundraise as a 501(c)3, accept tax deductible
donations.
All Lion members of District 22W are members of the foundation. The Foundation is funded by the clubs and members of District 22W.
Currently, getting the mobile Screening Van purchased, operational and running is a primary motivator.

Mission to empower Lions Club volunteers and partners to improve health ad well being. Strengthen communities and support those in need through humanitarian services and grants that impact lives globally and encourage peace and international standing.
Primary purpose is to support low vision research and rehabilitation to minimize the disability caused by vision blindness. The objective of LVRF are being met through it 's partnership with the Lions Vision Research Rehabilation Center(LVC) at the Wilmer Eye Institute.
Together they have created a model low vision rehabilation program at the John Hopkins Medical institution, Baltimore MD.
Mission to empower young people to help themselves and others through activities support by the Lions Clubs of MD, DE, and the District of Columbia and their communities.
Mission to provide matching funds for the purpose of repairing vision screening instruments for use in screening children for vision defects.
